Flinders Gate Complex, Melbourne

Flinders Gate Complex is a 12-storey mixed use building in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. The high performance glazed façade includes a combination of unitised curtain wall panels with expressed vertical fins, vertical corrugated perforated sunscreen, auto sliding balcony doors and internal atrium glazing. Competed in 2020.
