The New Civic Precinct for the City of Greater Geelong is a 6 level cross laminated timber (CLT) structure, achieving the highest standards of sustainable design, a 6 Star Green Design and As-Built rating & 6 Star NABERS Energy Base Building rating. The facade features glazed curtain wall panels with integrated balustrades and a 175mm extruded spandrel feature, curved curtain wall panels, spandrel sublimation film to backpan glazing, 500mm perforated aluminium feature fins featuring custom local artwork design, and revolving doors and canopy glazing.
